Policies for Meriden Youth Theatre

Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges must be requested 24 hours before showtime. If an event is canceled due to weather, patrons will be refunded. Contact the box office at myt@meridenymca.org.

General Policies
Video recording and audio recording are prohibited. We kindly ask patrons to keep phones away for the duration of the performance - any phone use (including taking pictures or texting) is distracting to those sitting around you.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Meriden Youth Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
